The OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR Part 1910.1200) requires that Maine Standards Company provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to our customers where products contain chemical ingredients determined to be health hazards and comprise of 1% or greater of the composition of the product (0.1% or greater for known carcinogens).
