Technical Support

The mission of the Technical Support Group at Maine Standards Company is to provide the highest standard of technical assistance with every customer interaction.  Our goal is to resolve every customer inquiry or concern in an expeditious and professional manner.

Our technical support personnel at Maine Standards Company are qualified laboratory professionals, many of which are Medical Technologists with experience in the Chemistry lab

In addition to the expertise in calibration verification / linearity testing requirements, Maine Standards Company's technical support staff is familiar with all VALIDATE^® products, data reductions reports, a wide range of analyzers, and the regulations of inspecting agencies.
