VALIDATE® products can be ordered three different ways:
(1) Call Customer Service and place your order directly over the phone.
(2) Download the product order form to your computer, then type or print your order request. Once completed, fax your order form to us and a representative from Maine Standards Company will call you for payment information.
(3) Download the product order form to your computer, then type your order request and payment information. Once completed, fax or mail your order form to us or submit your order form online.
