Setup Information

Maine Standards Company provides a Peer Group Analysis, in addition to a Linearity Analysis, as part of our Data Reduction Service.  In order to place data into the proper peer group, we created a 'Setup Packet' for you.  The setup packet must be completed for us to process your data and for you to receive your data reduction report.

A 'Setup Packet' is sent to your laboratory contact when a new order is placed.  The setup packet includes the following documents:

• Instructions
• Facility Setup - this form is used for the instrument system information such as brand, model and system ID
• Method List - this form is used to indicate the method used for each analyte
• Instructions for the Data Submission Form
• Data Submission Form

Three Setup Packets are available - one for most chemistry systems, one for the Siemens Advia systems and one for the Vitros systems.  Click on the appropriate link below to download the correct Setup Packet.
